Nice management, good servicing and approachable location.

Very tiny rooms. Space was too congested. Booked room as per t ripple occupancy but didn't get the rooms worth for it. Hygiene of the bed linens was very poor.

The room is not value for money this is worst experience of any hotel I have stayed the room should be charge half the price they are charging The reception is not in the ground floor. I think the entire hotel is converted from commercial building to hotel

Over all experience was good. Hotel neat and clean, situated at best location in the city, very well connected with railway station and bus stand. Food was excellent and tastey. Room provided by the hotel differ from the, room's pics shown on the MMT sites.

Hotel location is good, it is in main road. Only thing is that rooms are very small. Other than that one imp hing is that they didn't cover blanket with cover, therfore little bit of smelly blanket is appearing.

The hotel is at a prime location near bus stand, railway station, market. Restaurant is also available and good quality of food and very fast service, room size is also good. Overall good hotel stay for business and family stay.

Overall stay with surya was excellent. Hotel staff, hotel location, and service was very good. It's near by railway station and public transport available any time from front of hotel. My experience with surya was excellent.

Location is good, but as per expctation room is only OK. Facilities is average. Food is costly. Parking has big issue. Now a days shahdol city has many options. So its tough competition and visitors can choose from them, everyone is offering many facilities with good services.

Sometime the hotel is over booked and hence leads to confusion. Otherwise its a good one. Hotel experience is above average. We took 3 rooms for 7 people. And stayed for 2 days. So things were okay. Decently maintained rooms. Good location. So its easy to reach out.
