Feedback 1. Blanket, bedsheets were not clean. 2. No hot water for bathing. 3. Restaurant service was poor. 4. No dental kit provided until asked for.

The Hotel Om was located near the main road but the access road was very narrow and full of potholes and water logging. The parking area was just an open plot with rouble and shrubs. The reception area was decent enough. The room was very small where there was no space to move about even for changing clothes. The worst experiences: 1. The hotel staff guided me to park my car at night which I felt was inappropriate but he insisted. In the morning when I casually walked to the area, I saw some people trying to move my car as their van was getting blocked. The hotel staff were nowhere to be seen. Luckily I reached and moved it without much damage. 2. Inside, there was no hot water and when we called reception, they were rude to my wife telling her that all rooms are getting hot water and only we complained. We had two rooms and both were NOT getting hot/warm water. 3. Even on asking, they didn't provide hot water from their kitchen. We had to visit temple and hence we and our kids bathed with cold water. 4. When we requested for towels next day, We were told that they do not have inventory and asked us to use the same soiled towels. 5. Also there was no drinking water provided in room. Finally during checkout when we highlighted all our problems, they started giving us unacceptable reasons.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel with our family, including our toddler. The property is beautifully maintained—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff and management went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that pleased both adults and little ones. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards of cleanliness, service, and cuisine all in one.❤️ Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. simple hotel ............ not good

Very nice rooms. clean rooms and toilets. Also it's only 2.5 km away from somnath temple. I surely recommend this hotel and also next time I'm gonna book this again.

Hotel is good as per bidget however basic amenities like towel and kettel was missing. The washroom was also ok but it took a while for complete drainage. Overall experience was satisfactory as per the budget however there is a big scope of improvement

Hotel staff is soft spoken ,very good and cooperative . Hotel is nearly 1.5 km away from somnath temple and is easily accessible

Buffet not availaible and place for breakfast is dirty and i have to order in room. I went to have breakfast and there were no fruits

location was good, but they miss use the trust of the customer because it was conjusted area. Rather than when we went in room the dustbin of the washroom was full of diapers. T. V was not in working condition. They did not provide any facilities like dental kit, and kettle was absent with other stuff.They were not responding properly only ignoring. You need to ask many times any things. I suggest to go to VITs SOMNATH GATE WAY we went there after disappointment, In the same cost in VITS we have received every amenities. Think before spending in OM hotel.

The rooms are quite small and the overall experience was very average. One major inconvenience was that the air conditioning is controlled at the reception, requiring a call every time to adjust the temperature or turn it on. Additionally, the phones in the room were not working, making it even more difficult to communicate with the staff.

Very good property . Nice location. Need to improve on food quality and variety. Staff was good and quick to respond. Liked it .

The room was clean and had a premium feel for a low price. The next time I go there I am definitely booking this one.
