Property is good, very close to railway station. Rooms are spacious. Can improve on their hospitality

Poor Room Service,Dirty and unhygienic room and wash room. Rooms were small and unhealthy.Rooms were not ready even after check in time.Wrong argument made by receptionist.Not recommended.

Pros: spacious room, noise-free because nobody stays there. Cons: dirty room, most of the fixtures aren’t working, no staff at all, restaurant is closed, poha as breakfast was provided as a favour because it is included in the price, unclean bathroom, unclean sheets and towels, for some reason tv was removed from the room, a cupboard was provided without hangers, few to none eating options near the hotel, used toiletries were provided or rather was not removed after the previous guests vacated the room. Food can be ordered from outside, however, unclean dishes with looking cutlery would be provided by the hotel.

the room was quite small, dirty and there was almost no staff to attend. there were ants all over the room and washroom. the bed spread had visible stain marks. not worth even at the price paid.

1. hotel room is good & clean also 2. but parking is outside of hotel in street, need to clear mentioned in hotel description 3. matters is chargeable @600 4. my booking is with breakfast but not provided

Food is not available inside, on demand he arranged. The room, I attended is under repair and cleaning is not good.delay in providing the room even after 12.45 PM

Room has very less amenities despite paying 3200/- Tea bags and sugar was present but no coffee maker

I had a great exp. With this hotel for every month. Every month i stay in this hotel bcz of good service and hospitality. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hot water and cold water is there 24*7. Room service is good. In short this hotel is perfect for every customer.

Rooms were like oyo rooms. No windows in the room. It was looking like a kothri.so many insects in bathroom and room.taps were not working properly

There were no facilities at all and I did not even have dinner, I did not know; there were no facilities of any kind there

1. Geyser not working , 2. Restaurant is closed and had to order breakfast in room , 3. On day of reaching- as restaurant was closed had to go out for dinner, 4. No proper parking facility

It was very nice stay with this hotel. It is at tower chowk , with 5 mnts distance from ST stand and railway station. Restaurant was closed but staff helped to order food. Hotel staff was very cooperative
