Review Of The City Tower Hotel

1. hotel room is good & clean also 2. but parking is outside of hotel in street, need to clear mentioned in hotel description 3. matters is chargeable @600 4. my booking is with breakfast but not provided

service was good overall good room was near and clean service was good and well

Food is not available inside, on demand he arranged. The room, I attended is under repair and cleaning is not good.delay in providing the room even after 12.45 PM

Room has very less amenities despite paying 3200/- Tea bags and sugar was present but no coffee maker

Brake fast was not good. Inside hotel food not available. Overall was bad experience.

Location is having a easy access, breakfast quality and quantity was okay. Amenities are Upto the mark. Prashant is very cooperative and courtesies

I had a great exp. With this hotel for every month. Every month i stay in this hotel bcz of good service and hospitality. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hot water and cold water is there 24*7. Room service is good. In short this hotel is perfect for every customer.

Rooms were like oyo rooms. No windows in the room. It was looking like a kothri.so many insects in bathroom and room.taps were not working properly

It was very nice stay with this hotel. It is at tower chowk , with 5 mnts distance from ST stand and railway station. Restaurant was closed but staff helped to order food. Hotel staff was very cooperative

no bell boy present we carried our luggage to third floor,hotel is in pathetic condtion,even premium room had dirty mat,lot of stains in bedsheet when we ask to change the housekeeping staff said we have only rthis,evenwhile ordering breakfast which also was pathetic they ask for how many person,the hotel is already having detail,they took 1.5 hour s to serve breakfast and that to burnt qloo parotha also the premium room given was facing garbage are in short worst experience

The hotel staff was very genuine and very helpful. But the rooms and bathroom were not clean. Upon asking, staff changed the bedsheets which were dirty and had stains on them. This was the condition when the new rooms were allotted. It looks like the pillow covers were also the used one, as they have few hair strands on it. We have asked to change the bathing towels, but the changed ones also look dirty as they have stains on them. The bathroom ceiling was leaking due to the ac pipeline. The flush pressure was too high and improper that when u flush the waste(dirty water) comes outside the flush. That was too unhigenic.

Staff was good. Room we're good except bathrooms which need some fixing. Since hotel doesn't provide food, finding good restraunts near this hotel was a challenge.

Not good, no bedsheets, no extra bad not clean, no staff, no towel no food, very pure no parking fecelity.

The place is located close to Veraval Railway Station. You get share autos from the hotel to Somnath Temple ,so its a good place to stay if planning to Visit Somnath temple, as there are not many good hotels in Somnath. The hotel does not have a kitchen so you have no option but to eat outside. You can order online and the hotel will provide the cutlery if required. The price was ok considering the time we were there as it was Christmas Vacation .The worst part was when the hotel person checked in our room using the duplicate hotel key he had ,when we were there in the room. We also faced other issues like the water in the bathroom was dirty for 3-4 hours, the toiletries provided were used ones. The breakfast provided was not good .
