Worst experience ever
This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel, and I travel often. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was extremely rude, he told me that there is no room available. After calling the helpline, they assured help, however it took almost an hour for this hotel to provide me with a room. The room provided was simply dirty! Soiled bed, yellow pillows, unclean washroom, the list is lengthy. I informed the reception, but he said he can't do anything. The AC was there for namesake. It was already too late to move to a different place specially since we had come on a bike ride and had to leave by 4 am, so decided to just report to the helpline.

Collecting extra money
I went to hotel with my girlfriend they are saying your booking we got less amount you have to pay extra, it's for police safety they are saying. I call customer care center no response.
