Terrible Stay
It was bad experience. Hotel are not hygiene and not safe for family. Too much dirty room like dustbin. And they charge too much then the hotel quality. Its worst experience ever. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone. Bed experience dirty hotel starlight inn

bad about hotel starlight oyo - 1. the photos shared in mmt about hotel rooms are false, actual rooms are different and very dirty 2. bedsheets, pillows, blanket were very dirty 3. toilet and bathroom was dirty 4. gizzer was not working 5. spray jet was not working 6. tv was not working and was kept aside 7. sofa was in broken condition 8. dustbin was not there in room 9. parking was not available 10. key of room was not available

Average Stay
The service was decent the bed was extremely unhygienic the washroom was extremely unhygienic. For 3 hours early check in they charged me 400 extra while my original bill was only around 1400. There was water issue. The only good thing about the hotel was it was on a good location.

Good Stay
I had a very good stay at hotel starlight, the staff was very cooperative and polite. The ambience & rooms were not up to the mark, but i liked the behaviour of the staff which makes us ignore or adjust all these things. But they should improve their cleanliness & make their rooms pleasing for more better experience.

Rooms were ok with working tv, ac and geaser. Only thing was condition of washroom could have been better.

Terrible experience
Hotel asked for additional charges even after paying online. Had to pay extra to check in.

Bad experience
familyVery unprofessional staff. Had to follow up with staff even for small things like bathroom towel, in room water bottles, water heating in bathroom. Breakfast options were limited to Idli and Upma only. Rooms were unclean. On reaching hotel, had to wait for 30 minutes just to check-in and room allotment and had to shift room due to unavailability. Parking facility was practically on open road and not covered. No restaurant facility was available on premises even if it was mentioned in amenities.

Pathetic hotel
Poor service. Street vendor food served in buffet. Bedsheets not changed. Bathroom and toiletries not give. Lift closed. Cockroaches in all room. Pathetic service.

Worst experience
familyDirty linens, uncleaned drawers, faulty fan regulator, shower not working, bathroom mirror not reflecting, not working mirror light. The list is only a few. It's a horrible experience. Not worth even 200 Rs.

Overall good
Room service staff directly entered in room without permission. Its a privacy breach. Food is slightly expensive. Cleanliness is good. Overall good experience.
