Terrible Stay
Hotel owner denied checkin stating that makemytrip hasn't cleared it's dues with him and charged for a full offline booking, later instead of cancelling the online booking he accepted it and when I complained against him at customer care for refund they said that the owner has denied that he has not accepted any extra amount and they denied my refund.
