The lift is not working, and they not informed us about this issue

confirmation of booking is poor 😕, door is not locked properly, no proper hospitality, washroom is not clean

Staff was not listening and ac water leaking wash room was dirty and rooms wall paint was stinking overall worst experience

I Stay 2 days at this Hotel , on 1st day they are not provided good room, AC is not functioning properly, On 2nd day by demanding they given good Room it ok. But Service Boy not available to provide service.

Worst rooms, zero hygiene, no water, no proper bedsheets. Totally a worst stay of my life.
