waste property. kindly refund my money. don't recommend any one for this property.

I booked this hotel by looking at mmt note about neat and clean rooms and friendly staff behaviour but I found things just opposite. Staff was just not professional and I found broken bathroom door, hand shower not working, dirty curtains and smelly room, no power backup. Mmt note was misleading about neat rooms, please remove the note so people do not face issues by going to this hotel.

it was good experience and I would rate it 3 out of 5 rooms are too small they are not as shown in the image

the worst experience I've ever had. they're collecting good amount of 2/- and giving the worst ever services.. it's cheaper than Oyo rooms. entire rooms is stinky and dirty.. even Food menu is also untouchable due to Dust, telephone was there without connection. inside the room there is the mail power lock switch with loose connection. you need to tap hardly in that to get power to your room. there is sofa inside the room which is having full of black worst marks and Toned. entire staff were Old people with slow service. entire experience was terrible. forgot to tell you one more important thing that they'll send you a person who is screaming and he'll do maalish while enquiring about the service he's ready to do anything.. such a strange thing it is. I don't know how much they'll take commission from that maalish guy., but this is the worst ever.

Once the room is given not available through either bell or room phone. need to call through the Receptionist personal mobile number for which we need to go and collect, not given in advancce. AC remote is not there that is to be informed to receptionist over mobile phone and he will fix the AC level . Only ON / Off switch available in the room. You need to go for tea and food out side as there are only very limited staff availble to get food from out side

Bedsheet and Towels are old and un-hygenic. no amenities only a small SOAP is given in hand while checking in and a water bottle. Room is small and unclean

Pathetic location. Also the room condition is poor. No ventilation. Bathroom taps are in very bad condition. No Toiletries.

It's not that good. but it's okay...

I have never seen anything like this in my life — hotel staff cleaning plat with toilet 🚽 water. They are playing with the health of the public at Hotel TRP.

I am a regular go from MakeMyTrip this time It's in very bad condition room inside not Clean room tv also not working otherwise will go other property money is west given no break fast also

No food is available,Room is not much better,TV provision is there but nothing can be accessible. Water coming inside the room No personal locker available Land Phone not working Service is very bad

It is in the vegetable & commercial market. No attached restaurant. Average, linen with patches/ marks. AC and toilet are just average. Overall it is ok to stay to take care of outside work.

Service not good cleaning is not happening regularly response also not good room service not available

I visited this hotel २ days back. Hotel Manoram is lacking adequate parking place for cars. There is no security guard at hotel despite this hotel is in a busy market area. Rooms are very poorly maintained. Stained bedsheet and pillows. I had to ask for towels repeatedly, the hotel staff were very rude. If you are planning a comfortable trip, you should avoid visiting this place.

Stay was excellent.Got upgraded suite room.Hot water facility round the clock.Nearby railway station and bus stand

Used condom not removed from dustbin.

Very neat accomodation, at heart of city with reasonable prices. The front office. Staff is also very friendly.
