They did not honoured vouchers and told hotel is full. It looks possibly that they gave room at higher terrif as room was discounted. We could not get any room and they wasted 2 hrs trying to coordinate but finally told they cannot help and all area is full leaving us stranded in mid night. We had to drive Manali and reached mid night and got room paying heavy cash without receipt as Manali was also almost full. There booking is very unreliable which you cannot rely as they can ditch at last moment possibly adjusting people in relation to their hotel or for higher money. Don’t book this hotel in peak season to avoid inconvenience. There is a possibility that hotel service is good , but 1st comes honesty of operation and commitment which is lacking in make my trip or hotel . Here they failed . There is an idiom in our region for back of commitment “ one who backs out from commitment once made in business for cheap profit is equivalent to dead man “
