Hotel service is good. Nice stay

The hotel denied to accommodate us as we have booked through online. As per the hotel management the online rate are not matched with their tariff. After lots of argument they allowed us to stay.

Very pathetic charges, charge without any stay and harassing 1 hour.

I will not suggest anyone to book this hotel. Hotel employees behavior is rude and unprofessional. Takes lot of time to respond on your order. I was not provided vehicle at airport for hotel transfer even after telephonic confirmation. Location was remote therefore reached on our own with lot of difficulty first by taxi then by ship. I had to wait another 45 minutes for hotel vehicle to arrive for picking up where we got down from ship. On complaining about the difficulties we faced the hotel management behavior was rude and unacceptable. Location of hotel is very remote, food is OK but services are terrible.

OYO service is not good at all. I have paid good price but didn't get service as per the price. Breakfast was not at all good and enough.

Location is terrible as we need to cross creek via boat which takes approx 1 hour to reach hotel.
We need to cross creek by boat which takes approx 20 minus, so overall you need to spend approx 1 hour to reach to hotel from city centre and airport while other hotels are around 5 mind away, also we were stuck in room as lock was stuck from inside at 3am in the morning, my friend came to my room from other rooms balcony and we together broke the latch to come out of the room as it was required to leave hotel at 4. 30 to catch 7. 55am flight to mumbai. Also front view rooms are well ventilated however backside rooms are pathetic and suffocating, overall waste of money to stay here.

It's really good. Room is clean and hotel location is very near to jetty so view is good. Overall its worth the money location.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is incorrect on Make my trip. Location totally out of city and you need to take a ferry to reach the hotel. Please do not book this hotel. The service is extremely poor and the food is horrible. They say Wi-Fi is available, it's not. Bar is available, it's not. There were lizards in the room. There was no water coming the next day. On persisting, the staff provided buckets of water. We had to catch our flight, so we had to use bucket of water to ensure we don't miss our flight. Extremely poor service. When asked, the description is incorrect on the internet, the staff says we don't write it so we don't know. No acknowledgement or regret of any feedback given. The dining area is filthy and though we were hungry on the next morning, we didn't eat. Overall, a horrendous experience and I highly recommend not to book your stay in this hotel.

Good resort in a peaceful location facing the sea and near port. Good restaurant, food and room service. At very low tariff, excellent stay and service awaits you here. Neat and clean rooms, courteous staff and pick and drop service from the ferry on call. Sightseeing trips with own vehicle with readiness to serve the guests are hallmarks. Ideal for all. Good for families and children. It has even a shop for essentials like sanitary napkins.

Out of city and while visiting on Ireland then it will be costly every day. Poor Food quality even staff don't know to cook the required dish. Very inflated priced rooms. Getting 1500/- room from MMT on approx double pricing after discount. Service are very slow even no morning tea was available in hotel. No wi fi connectivity at all there. Only 2G connection (very slow) was there and it is also working in reception area only.
