The hotel denied me a room, despite confirm booking and payment

Hotel located near airport. Over priced poor room service hotel staff is friendly

Please check before booking because staffs are too bad.

All at hotel are good but room is not up to the mark because room is very conjugated and very small that one cannot move, amenities given in the room is also very old. We have allotted air cooled but wire of air cooler is without plug and power points is not enough only one plug in point is there which is only for tv no Mobile charger point is there.

It was an extremely wonderful experience among serene environment and modern comfort. Very nice place and decent nature. Everything was good. Very good and comfortable stay and quick support from friendly hotel staff.

Nice hotel with cleaning and beautiful place to stay looking small but nice stuff is so nice and carrying to customers feel good in hotel area housekeeping and other services is better nice swimming pool

Very poor hotel, swimming pool is very dirty like Buffalo takes Bath there only breakfast is good unprofessional staff, location is good, parking is good, room service food rate is not very expensive.

Location is 2km away from Khajuraho temples. Auto charged 50rs. Renovation is going on. Checked out lately without intimation without any problem. Thankyou for the story. Repeated reminder is required for the orders if any. Others are good. Had swimming pool but didn't used.

I stay in Sunday 15 Jan. 2017 I had good experience in hotel food not good but services is very good I stay only 2 hours in hotel so I can not describe in details but say that overall experience is good.

Nice value for money hotel, I love to share that the hotel is nice, Staff are very supportive and room service is nice. Specially Mr. Prahlad pratap singh the Manager of the hotel is very cooperative and kind hearted, his behaviour is very nice and the restaurant is also good.

We had two night stay here. Very good place for short stays for wild life. Green location. Cottage Rooms are basic, so are the toilets. Nothing great. But generous natural environment around has not been spoilt. The arrangement for getting into the forest safaris were good through their associates. The people are very friendly and services are excellent within their means. Wifi was available only at the restaurant and not in the cottages, fair enough but was not working most of the times we were there.

All I can say about hotel is, Hotel Nirvana is good hotel situated at nice location, about one kilometre away from main temples or market. Service quality is very bad, specially if you order food. Swimming Pool was not functioning at the time of our visit. Rest ok. Reasonable budget hotel.

They should use clean sheets at new occupation. Hospitality is very good, all are nice and amiable and well behaved. Food is above average. They should clean the pool regularly with chlorine or similar chemicals. Parking is cramped. Overall good hotel to stay.
