The room that i booked was not given to me and also charged double from my. This is not i expected from mmt

Very good budget hotel. Free parking, lift facilities are available. Subhash chowk is very near and gandhi chowk is less than 1km walking distance. In the summer season, sub cool is cool. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I will give priority to this hotel next time too. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. The staff is very friendly.

Had a great stay here, services and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and food was upto the mark. Bed and furniture was clean, fresh and comfortable. Relaxing and comfy stay overall.

Yeah room is too good neet and clean. And the food was amazing. And mostly the behaviour of the staff was too friendly.

Pros : location is good, stuffs are helpful, food is good cons: rooms are not very clean lack of maintenance. Only veg food available

I came from delhi to dalhousie on a solo bike trip from 4th march to 7th march 2023. Prebooked my 3 night stay at hotel new palace on mmt. Before leaving from delhi i confirmed my booking and also for bike parking and jain food. During my entire stay, i found the hospitality of the hotel staff very welcoming. 1. They helped me in bike parking every time i needed help (since the entry to the hotel is at a slope, so sometimes a little tough for maintaining balance on bike. Especially the day i left for delhi at 6am, i woke up the staff sleeping in reception and he helped me in taking out my bike from parking. 2. I wanted jain food and was initially little doubtful if they really would provide it or give me the same food with just jain food label. So, i once order shaahi pane-er and they called me back and told that gravy is same with normal food, so for non-onion garlic food, i will have to order something else. This earned my trust on them. 2. I always need warm water for drinking and everyone i would ask, the helper staff would provide the same. 3. The room was quite spacious and cleaning is well maintained. I took non-view room. 4. The hotel is well maintained and there is a lift also. There are 3 floors and there is open terrace for dining etc.

hotel staff was nice to us , view from hotel balcony was more than awesome . it's quite nice stay for me and my family 💗☺️

The leadership staff at the hotel was not at all supportive. They parked my car some where and when asked for some stuff were informed not possible that too in day. Further we wanted to eat something on the front section with the beautiful weather again informed not possible.

The room was average we did not get an extra bed for our 14 years son.

Hotel is at nice location just a few steps from subhash chowk. Food is just ok
