Food was good. Amenities were very poor, water jug had dust cover, no glasses provided, don't have lift, room was in 4th floor. Services were average. Bathroom don't have exhaust fan.

Terrible Stay
Hotel charges at desk is 550 and mmt has charged 757. They have given me gst bill of 550 only. They have not given me the igst bill so i have to take by my local client instead of my mumbai based company. If by accident you have done any mistake then staff treat you badly like you have done big crime. Worst customer service at hotel. This is my first experience with mmt and i am very much disappointed.

Coustmer has drunk a lot and spitted gutkha in room very badly. Rooms are given for stay not for spiting. Rule about gst we not issued igst bill.

Friendly receiving. Only the Hotel had the burden to fill in a bureaucratic c form for foreigners. Lucky in most Town is that rule canceled.

Away from home but like home

Bad facility and bad room
Very poor room, smelling bad, seems like not cleaned from many days, full of mosquitoes. Staff is not so co-operative, not value for money.
