Property is not good, very bad quality, hygiene is not good. Very high rate compared to others. Very bad

Hotel is not that what is stated in the app. It is of terribly bad quality. After persuasion, the owner shifted us to his another hotel, named hotel dharma, which is of average quality. But, hotel staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Since make my trip has already taken our payment, we have no option. Mm t should get the listed hotels reviewed by deploying it's own staff, rather than taking it from the month's of a hotel owner.
