my hotel booking is failed and till date i didn't get my money and no reason's. so immediately return my money in my account through phone pay

Not a good experience telephone is not working hot water is not coming, staff response is not good,

Firstly he provide room no 201 it was not clean and cockroach inside in room. After complained change room no 301. Hear tv not working.

No tv in room all linen dirty.

Was horrible. found out several bed bugs and exchanged room to just land up next to room with smokers.

If u r in lift, electricity, u will stick in lift. Power back will take minimum 20 minutes. Food service is not up to the mark.

No breakfast, dirty rooms with bed bugs. I really wonder how mm t added such a worst propert? never use mm t again you charged me for breakfast whereas there isn't any breakfast or food facility there.
