Great location on the highway...clean rooms...very helpful staff...room service very prompt and helpful... housekeeping also very prompt and helpful...very nice ambience of restaurant and facility... overall value for money

In front of our room door one group of gents were boozing in the corridor. When asked to change our room, the staff refused. The room service is non-existent.

It's was great and in great environment

before booking I have search n read reviews, it's all poor. though I have booked this hotel,had bad experience while check in into room,alloted room key was not working,then I ask to staff get another one,they reply yourself go to reception & get new key (unmanner,rud staff). once enter in the room,room smell is very bad & washroom is also not clean as it's used by earlier guest as it is. allover bad experience, not recommend to anyone to stay here, completely waste of money/time.

The place is good any particular town n area .. bt as they had charged thats bite steep.. As tv working bt there where no colour in tv .it was like black n white .. had informed the team twice or trice bt nothing was done fr it .. light in room where very less .. cleaning in room was average

The property is very poorly maintained. Only the location and food quality is nice! the water quality on tap is terrible. Bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Wonder why they keep a very shabby looking bucket in the bathroom!

Terrible place, zero hygiene had to vacate the pace in 5 hours and ended paying the full amount. Dissatisfied with the option provided by make my trip

Stay is average and housekeeping and service is just ok but no tea maker etc. But food is very good quality and tasty. Breakfast is not buffet and alacart. Taste is good but time consuming. Average highway stay

It was not clear place at all. Room condition is very bad. Bad is bad and blankets or not neat. Curtains are not clean. Bath room is in bad condition

The room conditions is very bad as well the breakfast i can't express the way it was saved coffee which i left due to no test saved with broken cup along with useless meduwada sambar, dry breads, literally we have to ask each and everything. I am personally do not recommended anyone it is not worth for what are they charging.

Location and ambiance. Superb food, the paintings around the resort are a soothing treat for the eyes. Overall we had a great experience during our stay.

Poor experience I have ever seen. Staff doesn't respond on time. No facilities available here. the facilities only available on catalogue not present for any person. Staff behaviour is very bad 😞. They don't have staff as per the hotel available . If you don't find any other hotel then you can stay here. Paisa pura paani main Gaya. very poor hotel.

Good hotel to stay. Slightly away from main city. Air conditioning okay. Hot water available. Staff of hotel ok. Room clean.
