Tv not functioning + hot water (during winter) not available in the room (surprisingly the staff was aware of this issue n then too the room was provided + no stool/ soap/ shampoo in the bathroom + it took 30 minutes for them to give me the invoice with gst (they were waiting for their staff to report on duty) - overall third class experience at three star rates.
