It was a very bad stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers are dirty and torn. No drinking water available. For a bottle of 1l of kinley water, they were charging rs. 25. ( mrp is 20. Bathroom was stinking. Tv was not working. Overall a very very bad experience.

Location is good but rooms are dirty, also service was not good

Food service good. Sleeping system not good

Rooms are just okay. No wifi, tv is not working, room phones are not working.

One word suitable zoo. Find bed bug in bed, cockroach in bathroom. Insect in room. Bad bad. Don't waste your money.

The room was not cleaned. The bedsheet was not clean, found many hairs. It's restaurant charged me 1 liter packed drinking water higher than the MRP.

Worst washroom, the moment we enter in room instantly called on reception to get clean washroom first.

Bed sheet, towel used in room is very bad. They used colour bed sheet instead of white. Condition of towel is very bad. There is no kettle and tea/coffee in room.

I booked the room online and payment was made in advance. The room condition was very dirty. Bedsheets seems to be changed week ago. When I checked in at 12. 00, the room was dirty. I was told it will be cleaned soon but till evening room was not cleaned even after repeated requests. The room was finely cleaned in evening. Food was stale. It was a horrible experience.
