Worst experience ever.even bed sheets are dirty I ask them to replace it but they are not ready to do it.

Room was good and services were also good in terms of AC, room service and WiFi

Very rude staff, they turned off ac in the night time. Also they will lock up the main gate from 11 in the night till 7 in the morning and when i asked the security guy to open the door so i can pass at 6 am in the morning, he said he will not open the door till 7 as if he did open the door thieves will come in.

They hotel is located in between factories and it is a very terrible place to be. There’s just dust and open gutters everywhere

Industrial area, lots of sulphur, phosphorus smell, congestion, if your a normal person, u will get asthma in future, i immediately checked out. Lost my booking amount.

It is located in industrial area hence all around the smell is of chemicals — always recommended to OPT AC room else you won’t be able to sleep and stay comfortably

All the processes from check in, to in room dining, to check out was smooth. Staff was very helpful in solving our doubts. Will recommend this place to our friends and family.

The hotel had an elecrltrical breakdown and as a result there was no power all night. The hotel staff was working on fixing it. We asked them what is the remedy. They did not do any alternate arrangements until midnight. At 11:30 pm, while we were sleeping in the dark, the staff knocked on the door and asked us if we want to shift to a nearby hotel. As we were in half-sleep, and as it was completely dark, we thought it would difficult to take our belongings, change and to move. We couldn't even charge our phones all night and had to go elsewhere in the morning to do it. We asked for compensation in the form of forgoing the room service charges as the room rate was fully paid in advance. But the staff were not ready to honor it. We ultimately did not pay the charges. We had to disturb and get help from a relative staying nearby and left the property way before the scheduled check out time.

The staff was so cordial. They helped us get to our location amid-st the “mumbai traffic”. Great experience.

Good place to stay. Rooms were clean & neat and supporting staff was also very helpful.

Stay was good, rooms are quite small, service is good but as the hotel is in midc area the odour of chemicals is so strong that we felt suffocation in the night.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was supportive and courteous. The only drawback i could see was the absence of an elevator. So if old people are accompanying us, ask for ground or 1st floor accommodation.

I will book the hotel but don't stay their return from hotel and stay another hotel because the staff was not corporate with us worst experience

Stay was very nice and comfortable, staffs are helpful and professional. But the cost of stay are too higher compare to the location where it is situated.

The room and bathroom are clean and cleaned everyday, the staff is polite courteous and helpful but the location leaves much to be desired.

We were late to check in, staff were very courteous so call and enquirer about our check in timings. Property is very clean, recommend for family staying.
