Review Of Hotel Maihar Inn

this is one of the worst hotels to stay. I was traveling with my family and booked this hotel online through MMT, but upon reaching there, I found to my dismay that, rooms were very unclean, bedsheets dirty, toilet filthy. I immediately moved from there and booked another hotel nearby and complained to MMT for a refund. However the same is still pending despite numerous follow up and assurance. I wouldn't like this hotel, stay at your own risk

It was terrible to stay in this hotel. Please dont stay. food was also not good . washroom was very bad

The Hotel management is cordial. there is no lift, room boys are not available for taking out luggage. Bathroom water blocking. Room wall with water marks. Food is good in their restaurant. Front elevation is good.

No services, they don't pick phones, don't provide any basics, no towel, no water nothing. There is no staff, no geyser, no hot water and no one to ask. Bathroom was like a swimming pool, water was stagnant. Pillows were dirty and not sure when the linen was washed. They did not have towels or blankets even after we asked. There are ACs but no remote.

good stay, staff were good, and hotel is in main road, so no confusion and lift should be there for second floor

DIRTY OLD PROPERTY. NO LIFT. DIRTIEST BATHROOM. WORST SERVICE. PRICE DOESN'T MEET SERVICE . I suggest not to go to this property

Room doesn't match the photo Unclean room and mattress was shabby. Tv was not working. Washroom totally unclean. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Doesn't have television, don't provide bathroom slippers, they charged for drinking water, don't have water cooler to refill the bottle. Rude behaviour from receptionist.

My experience was good. Due to some shortcomings such as lift and cleaning issues, i could not rate the hotel as excellent.

Hotel management is very poor

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with 2 year & 6 months olds child and lots of luggage this was one of the nicest places we stayed.

Located at near about 2 km from maihar railway station in a silent and pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed in the hotel as it has good amenities and bed cushions were awesome and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, tv was not working. Good air conditioning and foods were good but costly. Overall good experience.

Worst hotel, please don't stay in it. Owner was very rude and he doesn't entertain booking customer. Rooms are very dirty, non maintenance property, please don't book the hotel on images.

I checked in at 5 pm but the rooms were not ready even after calling them prior in the morning. Rooms, stairs and the entire lobby were dirty, waste, dirt, and plastic bottles were thrown outside rooms. Bedsheets, pillows, and everything in the rooms were dirty. The hotel staff was least bothered about any complaints. They couldn't provide tea and food was very poor.

Room's tv, ac, & hot water service not working, hotel staff don't replied satisfactory. Bed lenen & pillows cover was derty condition.

Location is far from your destiny, food is tasteless and room service is terrible with full attitude

The amenities which were mentioned during the booking were not provided by hotel to name a few parking, heater, geyser. Being winter it was very difficult to take bath. Even the staff was not supportive. If something is mentioned during booking and the same is not provided in the room the hotel should take it off from their booking. Also it was a shock to see the kind of hygiene they had. The hotel has loud music which was going on up till late night and was difficult to sleep. Also the booking could not be cancel-led due to non refundable and hotel of this kind is not recommended to stay.

Rooms are moderately clean, bedsheet not well clean and have stains in pillow, towel is very hard and rough, bathroom (bucket and mug are not clean, floor is not well swept and and furniture is slight dusty, food is ok
