Review Of Hotel Mahakal Avantika Palace

Terrible stay, no hot water, unwashed bedsheets and bed covers. TV was also not functioning. Water was also dripping from the ceiling.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The blankets were dirty and clearly not washed properly, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the flush in the bathroom was not working, causing a huge inconvenience throughout my stay. Basic hygiene and maintenance were completely lacking. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room that they gave was having AC but the AC was not able to cool the room , we faced many problems due to this.

Receptionist was good, as their lift was not working they provided two rooms on 1st floor even though I have booked a 4bed room, but room condition is not that good. there was dust everywhere, the washroom was not clean.

It's horrible experience, they don't have common facilities like broken tap at washroom, no hanger, flash was not working, spider net in rooms, no water and other facilities in room. No person available in reception, smoking smell in room s. insects in water and toilets. no water pressure on toilet jets also flash was not working. Don't stay here. also no supporting staff.

The hotel is very near to Tourist Attraction. Described amenities available in the hotel. Very accessible. You can get auto in front of hotel. On main street.

I AM BOOKING HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST BUT HOTEL NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST PROPERLY. HOTEL GIVE OFFER ME SAMOSA AND POHA IN BREAKFAST. THIS IS NOT GOOD.

Following points to be notes: 1. Hotel & facilities picture available are likely to be old. 2. For customer, hotel is not providing a good room. Exact room no. Or exact room picture must be shared. 3. In my case, on day 1, bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom was not clean and overall services/staff were not professional

Dirty bedsheets, only one towel for 3 people, hot water problem

It is a decent hotel for staying with your family. Small things like hangers and inconsistent hot water supply sometimes disturbs you but the staff is helping at any time of the day or night. Overall it is a good hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at mahakal avantika hotel! the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a comfortable experience. Its prime location near the temple and railway station was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to both. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Hotel was nice slightly away from temple rooms are also decent but there is lack of any window so ac rooms are mostly favorable size of rooms is a bit small for 2 person but manageable washrooms are clean but foul odour is there in some washroom overall they can called decent and usable but the best part was the staff is very well and provides any possible thing as per demand so overall hotel is decent enough for any recomendation

Terrible washroom. I have included breakfast while booking. In the name of breakfast they provide poha and samosa only. No resturant.
