Wi-Fi it also was not working it was very poor

Sheets and blankets were not clean need to improve. AC room was good.Door lock is too easy to break please work on it

Overall good hotel to stay very kind staff also room looks good the main thing is loction bus stand and all is in walking distance

Bad experience. I had to pay inr 540 to the hotel at last moment. Reason being child was with us. Hotel should have understood this. In spite of my requests they charged inr 540. Staff was not cooperative and humble. Request to refund my amount.

Hotel staff behaviour good but they not give any service ex. Water, breakfast, may be they give water bottle only, but they told we want give compliment like water and dinner, and hotel cleaning not good,

The hotel is at very good location. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. We have very much enjoyed our stay. The manager and staff are good. We have asked for hot water at 4 and they have turned on the geyser for that. We also extended our stay which was accommodated as well. We asked to change the ac room to a non ac room. They just turned off the ac and didn't charge us for it. Overall it was comfortable. I recommend.

The hotel has good connectivity, 700 metres away from the railway station, 400 metres from the busstand.

Neat and clean. Very pleasant stay. Staff is also very supportive located at central place and very near to kolhapur railway-station and central bus depo and private bus stand.
