Review Of Hotel Landfall

Excellent stay, very polite location, Room Good condition, Neat and cleal, service boy provide excellent and good service

Food, hospitaltility and stay was pleasant except wi-fi and tv was unserviceable.

Rooms were very bad, toilet was UN clean, lot of MOSQUITOS (no good night), charged extra for shifting to other room

All other hotels and resorts are too far and have unconditionally roads except this one. Verynear to ross and smith. Food was normal but costly (can manage more near by small hotels). Other than that it's fully satisfactory.

Although the word 'pathetic' is self explanatory, I would like to add couple of sentences. The television and none of the power sockets were working was not working. I had a hard time to charge my mobile phone. The washroom had two huge open ventilators. The drained water from the air conditioner has the opening in the wash room itself. The room was suffocating since it did not have any windows for ventilation. The mosquito repellent that was provided had a very foul smell which was also not entertained. I had my breakfast in the hotel which was not complementary. I have agreed to pay for the same but since they didn't provide me with the bill. I have not made the payment. The hotel is still under construction with limited staff.

The Hotel is very close to the jetty where you will be taking a boat to ross and smith Islands. So it's located ideally. You won't have to travel again in the morning to get into that boat)

I don't recommend this Hotel for any couple or family person. It's only good by it's location (adjacent to jetty), but rooms are very small, no Hotel attendant were present on that Hotel in night time. No food is available. Just a terrible stay. I don't recommend it. Please don't go for it.

Rooms were good and the Hotel is very near to aerial Bay. Hence, visiting ross and smith Islands becomes really easy due to its location. Staffs are also helpful.
