the room was dirty. small cockroaches were there. Toilets was not properly clean

I checked in room No.106 in LK INN Hotel in Normal on 16.06.2025 and I badly experienced the following 1. The Washroom is not clean, there are strain marks on the walls & floor. 2. Drain pipes are not covered, they are openly fixed at corners. 3. Hot water is not available. When I asked for it, they arranged a water heater 4. There is no towel/cloth hanger rod in the washroom. 5.There are strain marks on the class window of the room. 6. There was a telephone handset in the room but it was not in working condition. I asked for it, they said it is under repair. 7. There is no bedlight in the room. 8. I have taken photos & videos of the room and the evidences are very much available with me.

The receptionists are very responsive. Inside the Nirmal city and felt like a safe place to stay for a night.

Had a overnight stay at the property. Overall experience is good. However parking place is bit messy.

The stay was more comfortable and the staff is also very supportive.

Very good for travellers

Good hotel, nice hospitality, good receiving good food, attached hotel is good, easy to o find hotel. Near main road good to see location
