The ambiance is very good and the atmosphere is homely.all home facilities in one room. that was awesome.

No parking, no elivator, washroom is extremely congested, bed is too short even for 5ft 10" height person, there is no restaurant but they serve food which is astronomically expensive, rooms are small and no cupboard to keep luggage. I will never stay in this hotel again

Congested place. Photos shows it as spacious but actually it's very congested place, no parking at all. Tv dth was not working. But well decorated and gives vintage feel. Not worth to price.

The location is right beside a shop selling alcohol with drinks scattered around the property. There is no car park available. Breakfast was submitted standard. Room was ok. Overpriced for the amenities provided.

Likes : very clean. Very nice interiors. You will get a european vibe with the interiors of rooms and common areas. There is alex also in every place. The helper ajmal is very supportive. Dislike : car parking is a big issue. Parking on the road. One of wheel cover of my car got stolen there. Lot of wine shop on the road. Rooms are small.

Phenomenal place and what amazing host. This place truly feels like home. The food and the ambiance is absolutely spot on.

It near to nh 44, that is only positive about this property. No parking available, i have parked my vehicle in roadside. Outside of property seems not safe. Rooms are so small. No in-house restaurants available i really not recommend this property.

Very tastefully done, gives you cozy london/paris type b&b feeling. Everything is clean and comfortable. Special mention of amjad bhai who took care of our every need. Don’t miss the telengana chicken of your are having dinner at this place

Place is good. Different decor e like west world. Bathroom need to be bigger. Car parking is not available.

No parking available, room and bathroom are too small. And too much of decorations in the room and the entire hotel, seems like a lot of clutter. Staff very very good, entire hotel neat and clean. Lenin in the best condition. Nice in-house kitchen.

The road in front is very narrow and has a cheap liquor store (crowded) adjacent to the stay and it is highly unsafe and specially not recommended for families. Pathetic experience. We thought of booking a decent stay with family without bothering for the expense (cost. Rooms are small with too much plastic stuff (unnecessary) and very less useful space inside and outside the rooms. It is a very congested place and feels claustrophobic. Parking is not available. For the cost there's hardly any amenities, not a working tv (without recharge if available, a decent closet, water kettle. The bedsheets were not soft and clean, blanket were smelly. Food is expensive and below average in taste. There was hiccups in the room allotment process. The caretaker (obviously with owners involvement) tried to cheat us for a double deluxe room instead of booking triple deluxe room (with prior full payment. After a long confrontation they gave us the room booked. The worst is that they did not had the courtesy to accept their mistake. They took 2 bookings for the same room that day and the other family had to suffer. The staff is not courteous and professional. Overall an underwhelming experience and highly unrecommended. Please do not waste your hard earned money, there are decent places in adilabad at cheaper cost.

Well the very first thing is they DO NOT have a parking. The property owner will tell you that there will be no problem parking in main road no theft whatsoever and then will sign a document where they mention that they have no liability if anything happens to your car. Now let’s come to the room- I have booked a double deluxe room for my one night journey and it was me and my husband travelling. So I am 5’4 and my husband is 5’7 and the bed, well it was a kids bed and forget about double deluxe it was not even proper queen size. Let’s come to bathroom- well that’s all “ Shuru hotey hi khatam” it is so small a 5 year old will have difficulty in there, my husband slipped in bathroom and injured his knee as well. Overall very pathetic experience and every time you try to complain or ask anything the owner will give you examples of oxford street and what not. Guess what, the food it is so expensive i.e Poha is for 250/- plus gst. Can you imagine. Overall very very dissatisfied and disappointed, we are frequent travellers bit never faced anything like this.

It is a over price guest house. Not able to sleep properly die to AC sound. Room was so small and over price hotel. Not suggest if any other option available.

Rooms and specially bathrooms are very small. Too many interiors makes it look good. Rest everything is fine. Not many options for food. But i requested for bread omlette they did agree to serve for breakfast
