Very good staff and very cooperative very good hotel all facilities are there and maintened super hotel near by city and bus stand food also very good and rooms are very clean and hygienic

Very arrogant staff especially deepak kirar. Misbehaving with guests. But the md of the hotel is good by nature

Food quality is not good same thing improvement and room tv not working so pols check given room other gesture

The reach to the hotel is daunting as it is amid a busy market with chaotic traffic, but within the premises it's a soothing experience. Food is good, staff is soft spoken and try to go any length to help their customers, even for the matters not directly of their concern. Unlike my other stays, i didn't suffered any digestion problems here, which means they are using nice ingredients and fresh material for the food. Go for it if you are in or close to bhindi for family or business.

The hotel is good cosidering its location but the ac's remaote was missing and there was some sepage in the room.

Food was above expectations, i have travel-led most of the cities of india, but i found that food quality is excellent in few of them and king imperial is one of them. Staff is also good and room space and quality is also good

Room is too small. Ac was old and thet told me that only that room you stay has old ac. You cant adjust ac temperature

Excellent hotel Neat and clean washrooms . Prompt service and great food. If you are staying in bhind this is the best available option
