Rooms under renovation, was charged extra for my stay also, had to go to reception every time to order food, other items, no intercom working, limited food and breakfast options

It's horrible, dirty washroom, no electricity available in the washroom, Old television 📺 but also this is not working, no AC and no any proper facilities available. Even rooms are not clean,tables have dust

My life’s worst experience of hotel, i have changed room thrice bathroom is not working it seems to be a brothel house hairs on the bed sheets bathroom also not clean no dental kit there is no water in the tap for morning brush also

Room facilities are very poor. In bathroom no walve are working properly. I call to reception and they took a bucket of normal water. Power connectivity is blinking for 20/25 minutes

If you are on a business visit then it is a good hotel considering it’s proximity to railway station. Breakfast is good. Rooms size is also big.
The good thing about this hotel is that it is very near to railway station. Other than that rooms are big. Lighting in the room is poor.

Bad hptel poor service an full damage room

I changed room twice for dirty room but all rooms were full of dirt. Intercom was not working. Rate is too high and zero service. Will not go there again.

The hotel and rooms were poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. When we arrived, the toilet bowl in our bathroom was full of dirt. The room itself was shabby and poorly cleaned. We were offered an alternative room of the same size but higher quality but were required to pay an additional to change. A bad experience.

Very noisy and dusty area due to construction work. There is no space from Road to rooms. They are struggling to maintain the place. But overall service was ok.

It was terrible stay here. Originally designed to be very lavish place but due to poor maintenance it looks like some abandoned Palace. Full of dust and Road noise. Not able to sleep also due to outside traffic noise.

The location is near Falna railway Station. The room was spacious. The staff was good but services was a bit delay as intercom was not working. The Hotel was good but the facilities were not good as the bathtub was not having water and also the tap was not functional. The bathroom pan was dirty.

Due to booking, manager said we get money after 3 months and worst room was given to us, very arrogant people and dirty rooms.

Business traveller requirements were well taken care of by the hotel. Room was big, good air-conditioning.
Staff was good and catered to the guests requests.
