very worst experience stay. even after complaining no one has contacted me.

Decent stay. Online price is 35% higher than the actual price hotel is charging Decent stay.

Hotel was very costly and ambience was not upto 3star rating standards. Bed was very hard . Room is decent, hot water flow was slow in shower. Toilets are clean. There is a table in room for 2 people to eat, table legs are dancing. TV is showing limited channels. Swimming pool is empty of water. Ample car parking space. Staff offered room till 4pm . Overall my score for room is 3 out of 5

Swimming pool was very dirty and some strangers were filming me while using the pool. Food was oily. Bathrooms not clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice,clean room with beautiful green surrounding. Very peaceful too.Good restaurant and food was very good.

The stay was not value for money. Not at all worth the amount we paid, i expected better room for the amount. Rooms were so basic. Satisfactory.

Place was calm and serene. It works have been great if veg option was available. It was difficult to find veg dinner at night.

when I had booked the room it was mentioned that swimming pool was available but when I checked in we came to know that it was out of service for many months. also I had booked with breakfast but when I visited their restaurant, I came to know that they arrange breakfast from a small tea shop and there is no option at all. I had to take my full family and go to other hotel for breakfast since there was no breakfast and swimming pool I expect some kind of refund from hotel. the price I paid was too much for this average stay

I had a very comfortable stay at katheel international. The room service was exceptional and they provided delicious food at a reasonable rate. The room was very neat and clean. The only issue i want to mention is that the towel they provided me was not up to standard. There were some stains and marks on the towel. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is very good, in the center of the city, close to temples, markets, hospitals, bus stands, and tourist attractions area they have a restaurant called mirchi which is excellent in serving coastal and chinese food they serve alcohol cons: room service is not available and breakfast is available on the ground floor, the place is shabby and needs upgradation the staff is courteous and the reception desk staff are good and flexible overall good place to relax for few days

The three-star ring is given mainly for the location and convenience. The room had broken phone with handset attached using rubber band. The bed and sheets were stained. When we requested for sheet-replacement, the new sheets were also stained. The reservation says that breakfast was included and apparently the hotel charged extra for the same. I highly recommend the management to pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Located in a quiet area, kateel international is a decent stay. The laundry unfortunately was not available on sunday. Staff were ok, with their service definitely having a scope of improvement. Apparently as per google, this is a 5-star hotel, but it clearly is not one.

Everyone was co operative, aminities were good staff co operative ambience was good quick service reception staff was good

I loved the service. It was an amazing experience for me and my friends. I will definitely plan another stay soon with my family ❤️
