The facilities in the room are pathetic. *no proper table to use a laptop. *no curtain on window. *landlone phone was not functional. *no option for breakfas. Served aalu paratha without aalu and it was served in room where no proper table to eat, had to sit on bed and eat. *lift was not functional. Over all pathetic experience.

It was very bad experience in mid of night - 1. Receptionist denied giving room by saying that they have 2. Then I called to the number that was printed on invoice & he took all detail over call and allowed me to get a room 3. Room was different that I booked 4. Room was very dirty & full of cigarette smell 5. Bed sheet are very dirty & full of spots This kind of services do you provide to your permanent customers? I am attaching the pics for your reference.
