The room walls were cracked, the room size was too small, the TV was not working, the bedsheet and the rest of the curtains were also dirty. Overall not well 😔

Worst stay. Ac not working. No towel & shop inside room. Kokroch inside room. Front staff very slow to check-in wait almost 15m at midnight. Washroom not clean at all. Badsheet also dirty. Mouse rooming at reception,

The reception staff is extremely rude and greedy. They try to mint money with any request you make. For basic stuff like towels and soap, you have to request multiple times. It is better to carry your own toiletries like soap, etc. Avoid this hotel

Location is good, no restaurant for food, rooms are dark in day time, ro water taste is not comfortable, all tv & ac are old, no led tv, no split ac, can adjust ac temperature, bathroom is very small, basin is very small, need to renovate the hotel.
