Hotel Horizon

My stay at the hotel was both pleasant and peaceful. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with hot water provided at all times. The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. However, the lift is quite congested and could benefit from additional space to accommodate guests more comfortably. I was impressed by the prompt room service; even when I called at 12:30 am, staff responded immediately and provided excellent assistance. One concern is that the room telephone was not functioning properly and I would recommend this be addressed by the management. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and appreciate the efforts made by the hotel staff.

Rooms were very dirty.poor service.Beds were also very dirty

Don’t have dedicated parking space as hotel is situated in industrial area. Inside premises & rooms were neat but kindly prefer to book front facing rooms as back side facing rooms don’t have windows. We checked in at night & hot water was not available. Informed the reception but they didn’t fixed the issue. In the morning hot water was available but only for specific time. Again we complaint them & they took almost 30 mins to fix the issue. Hot water availability timings are not displayed so kindly confirm first during check in. We ordered in-house breakfast which was good in taste and cheaper as well. Property is near from highway.

The room pillow was smelling like sweaty and also washroom sheet is also damaged and despite of two members in one room they give only one balanket and also not provided basic amnesties like water bottle & food service is also slow

Great cleanliness, washroom was excellent mine had a bathtub too plus the staff was really well spoken.

Hotel near Gidc, railway station and highway so easy to connect with all location

Premises was good, But In breakfast they don't have restaurant so only one basic item they serve. They don't give dental kit. Please bring your own or need to purchase separately.

By online also you can book this hotel... in vapi one of the best hotel for middle class family in price with proper maintenance.... hotel is very decent and clean with supporting management team and service.. I prefer everytime this hotel only while visiting vapi.... one of the best 👌.....

I was there for a business meet for 1 days , first look its a big hotel , the staff is extremely friendly , polite and treated us very well . The rooms are average interior . The breakfast was not good .
