wonderfull experience, bed is comfortable,neat & clean room or bed sheet.food is tasty

Overall it was great, hospitality was great and staff was really friendly and gentle. Looking forward to visit again

When I was ordered breakfast they have only one option which is Poha, They aloso buy from roadside cart which is price only 20/-. please do not include breakfast in this hotel will you stay

Staff was not cooperating. They were adamant that we have already given towel and soap which they had not given. Breakfast was not there but they charged 350 and offering only tea poha

The hotel is very nice with room. & hotel services also good.

Bed sheets, blanket and toilet are in bad shape

Everything is fine. Location is good. Room quality and cleaning is 5 star. Lift is tiny but for me no problem

Worst service never book the hotel, manager is very rude and obnoxious.
I had asked for early check-in the day I booked by calling the hotel staff, but on the stay day, when I reached early for check-in with my kids and family they denied early check-in. I had to convince them I had informed the reception earlier twice. The manager on the reception was very rude, after half hour of drama, they allowed check-in subject to early check-out. I will suggest everyone never to visit jai international, the staff is very rude and not cooperative, will give zero stars for service. Jay international pali worst hotel ever. Only the owner was cooperative, manager is obnoxious rude and badly behaved.

Must have to give water as compliment.
