food is not good service very poor. room ka quality ekadam kharab hai service man service naam ki koi chij hi nahin hai

Breakfast is great, the room service is also good , But few things is not upto the mark like towel ,is not neat and clean the sope is provided only 01 small size no, bath

This is the third time i am staying here but the experience was worst the food was very good but the stay was horrible the first room they allocated was stinking then they changed the room, the second room was untidy and i had to relocate the work desk to use it. The towels were very untidy black spots were there, i have to rethink my stay with hollong whenever i come back to tinsukia
