1) There was no cleaning service we have to remind the staff for cleaning again but still noservice 2) Ac was not working properly we have to change the room and there also the ac was not working good 3) Found used condoms in ac and bedsheet 4) there was cockroach and lizards in the bathroom 5) No towels provided

Horrible h
1. The hotel location shown on the map was inaccurate. 2. The hotel staff were not professional in their conduct. 3. There was no noticeable difference between the deluxe and super deluxe rooms. 4. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. 5. The hotel charged extra fees even for a 30-minute late checkout. Don't west your money specially when you are with family. The worst hotel i have ever experienced.

THIRD CLASS DONT WASTE YOUR MONE
My friend and I spent an hour trying to find the hotel. The other facilities at the hotel were fine, but the staff was unprofessional. At the time of check-out, they charged a late check-out fee of ₹300 for being just 30 minutes late, which was quite upsetting.

Excellent Stay
The hotel was good, like room, bed sheet, cleaning etc. & also food is very tasty. The hotel staff behavior was kind, helpful & polite. Overall my experience was excellent.

Yes the price was high as per room decorom because frash was not clean also hand wash and towel not available in the room.

Terrible place, don’t book it
I would rate this as one of the worst hotel stays ever. The hotel is unhygienic and unsafe. Plus the staff is untrained. The food is also terrible. They don’t have any kind of electrical backup and the entire night we slept under a fan in a so called “ac room”. Besides the washroom was full of cockroaches.

Terrible Stay
It was a terrible experience to stay in hotel green haveli, room service worst, toilet taps, electric switches, taps in toilet, not well functioning, food served unhygienic and unhealthy. Overall, i had worst experience in hotel stay, and in future, i will never stay in such hotels.

Terrible Stay
Unclean rooms & property, lizards all over, dirty swimming pool, spider webs & termites a common spectacle, these guys don’t provide any toileteries or water or towels - for everything one needs to ask them separately the only good thing was the small spread breakfast -
