The room was quite good. The ambience was very nice. Washroom facilities were great. And their hospitality is also good. Very good and safe for couples. The staff have nice behaviour .

The host behaviour was terrible. Room was not well maintained there were bedbucks, and geyser, ac was not in working condition they are hanged in the wall just for showoff. No one comes for room service like cleaning the room, once you are in its upto you.

I have booked hotel and arrived at around 11. 30 pm. I informed the hotel that my train is late and i will arrived little delayed, but hotel didn't open there main door.

Room was too small no wifi. Dirty bathroom. You have to call them every-time for hot water. Food is also not good. Seems like they buy from outside dhaba and serve in the hotel. Not a good experience at all.

Well maintained decent ventilated room with all basic amenities. Very cordial and humble staffs always ready to resolve any issues related to room service, especially the owner of the hotel is very helpful. Strongly recommend who wants to stay near tripura university campus.

Room is not cleaned with pegion drop and huge cockroach inside the room. Rag and pillow cover not cleaned properly.

The condition of the room is poor and unhygienic. There are indiscernible stains on the blankets. The rooms are shabby, with signs of leakage and fungus on the walls. There are no phones in the room, so for every issue, i have to go to the reception to speak with the owner. The food is terrible and unhygienic. Each time, i need to ask the owner at the reception to switch on the geyser. Although there is a switch in my room, it only works if the owner turns on the main switch. Moreover, after all this effort, they only turn on the geyser for a maximum of 30 minutes. I visited tripura for my interview in mid-january, when it is quite cold. I booked this unpleasant place as it is the nearest to my interview location. However, if you are not bound by such constraints, please avoid this place
