I didn't had any food, location was great but room was small, bedsheets were very dirty and their were small insects ,bathroom was dirty and small moreover basin was slanting not a great experience

I had a very terrible stay in this hotel. I booked a deluxe ac room for 2 adults and a child. The room was so tiny we could hardly stand. It was very hard to access the washroom also (bcoz a table was kept just in front of it).

Pathetic rooms, washroom condition very dirty and no parking for customers.

Prime location but bad hospitality, washroom stinks and was not been properly cleaned, torn and unclean bedsheets, old or too damaged furnitures, staff did responded well but it overall not worth the price.

Menegement response is very poor.

Fan was not working and no proper facility I have paid and u got worst room never ever going to book in this hotel and staff is so rude worst hotel

rooms was ok...bt bed shets and pillow covers are dirty ... reception behaviour was also not helpful...towel also not given

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the bathroom it was full of mosquitoes. You wouldn't be able to do tour business without getting 2 or 5 bites from the mosquitoes, when I told them of my problem they made joke of it in their language. All in all I had a terrible stay here

Rooms are dirty, fan doesn't have switch to increase or decrease.

The hotel is not as expected, only the reception counter is totally like. 3 star hotel but the hotel from. inside and the rooms are not good really not feel good to live in the hotel.

The behaviour of the receptionist is very poor. He provided a different room which was less costly. Upon escalation he almost lost his temper and allotted a better room. We checked in at 11:50 PM and at that time I wanted to buy water from their restaurant but as I escalated for a better room so he told me that he won't sell water now. He told me that I need to buy it from outside of the hotel.

The experience was terrible. No clean bathroom. Jet spray broken, fan not working. Water tap broken. Shower not working. No response post informing as well. Lights in the room were also not working properly.

Water resources are not good, bathroom water is darty. The bathroom room smell and felt inside the room

Linen was dirty. Stain was there in pillow cover. Staff behaviour was rude. I didn't had a good experience at all

Hospitality is not good. Very rude staff. Dirtiest hotel i have ever experienced. .

Very small room, not that much clean. Room rent is very high but staff are not really cooperative.
