Review Of Hotel Gazebo

Elevator not working, very rude staff, no sense of talking, when we entered the hotel tjere was only a single staff that was also sleeping and didn't care if we had booking or not just said there is no room available,

No one opened the hotel gate. Receptionist were sleeping. They didnt turn on the lift and asked us to go by stairs. They didnt accompany us while showing rooms. Ac was not working as they switched it off from main supply. Worst experience ever

No staff received phone, till 8am no tea no breakfast etc bathroom not clean, park car on risk.

Parking service not available in the hotel. There is no soap in bathroom. Wifi service is very poor. Even tv was not connected with wifi. Cleanness was good.

I booked this hotel. At the time of checkin they informed their is no parking and i have to park on road ac-cross hotel. Please dont book if you are couple traveller. Worst expefience

Hotel was very good. Cleaning also good. But the service we required was not proper. Every time we call them then they do the work.

Stay was good.
