Review Of Hotel Gaurav Palace

The appearance of hotel is not as per presented on website. The bathrooms are in worst conditions. The doors are broken. Rooms are very dirty and not in good conditions. Television and air conditioners are not working properly. Not recommended for family as per my concern.

The hotel is just average but the location is good. Rooms are normal but without any facility of pantry. Looking to the importance of the city and the room tariff, the management of the hotel should provide some more facilities like pantry, etc. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Worst room. Worst staff. No hot water, no cleaning of room, ant's in the room. Outside people roam inside the hotel. It seems some illegal activity in the hotel. I would in fact give negative feedback to makemytrip.com as well. They have this hotel on their website.

I have got a very bad impression of hotels booked through makemytrip. At Hotel Gaurav Palace Chittorgarh, hotel management treated us very badly. No towel, soap or any toiletry was provided. Wash room was very dirty and full of foul smell. Water was coming out of the bathroom while taking bath. Hotel owner did not care despite requests to get the rooms cleaned. I advise the future tourists to do not book hotel Gaurav even if 100% rebate is offered.
