    I had difficulty locating the property as there was no signboard on the road. The staff’s behaviour was quite rude, which made the experience unpleasant. The room and washroom were not clean, with cockroaches present, and the couch was broken. Most importantly, there was no kitchen available on the property, which was very inconvenient.

    Hotel denied giving extra blankets. Room stinking of dampness. Mold on hallways. Room doorbell not working, electronic handle lock not working. Room telephone works on its will. Pathetic place to stay at night with family. Hotel in such a location that you can not locate even if you drive along the nearby road daily, because hotels main entrance is in a tight dingy small street. Worst experience till now with makemytrip.
