I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, as the overall experience was not satisfactory. The room did not have proper lighting, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness was not maintained, and the room was not in an acceptable condition. The amenities provided were below basic standards and did not meet expectations. There was no proper fire exit or visible emergency evacuation route, which is a serious safety concern. No emergency gate or safety measures were clearly marked or accessible. These issues reflect poorly on guest experience and overall safety compliance. I request you to look into these matters urgently and take corrective actions. Thank you

Overall Experience is good but Room lights are too dim.They have to work on Room light.My room TV is not working proper hope so rest rooms are working fine.Rooms are very much spacious Washrooms are clean.House keeping service i will give 3 star.Restaurent food is also decent.

I had difficulty locating the property as there was no signboard on the road. The staff’s behaviour was quite rude, which made the experience unpleasant. The room and washroom were not clean, with cockroaches present, and the couch was broken. Most importantly, there was no kitchen available on the property, which was very inconvenient.

Overall it was an average experience as it cost more than it gives, there were frequent power cuts and They asked me to give some extra charges for early check in otherwise rooms are decent

bad rooms and linen was dirty , the hotel property was not well kept........ the room was very bad and was having a lot of bad order and the beds were dirty

No Illumination in Room, No Laundry, Smell in Corridor and Lift. No Hot Water. Old Building, No Complementary Breakfast.

location is excellent. amenities are good, food is okay, services are good. More cleanliness is required. mattress, bedsheet, comforters looked old and dirty. Hi Room cleaning good staff also good but find little water issue in washroom need to look water pressure.

Pathetic hotel. ACs don't work properly. The rooms and toilets are not clean. The electricity keeps going. Terrible place.

The hotel stay is comfortable but the tea bag & milk powder expired in the room. also arogent beg havior of Reception

very poor infrastructure with damaged furniture and torn up pillows,laps,bed sheets. Door lock from inside the room damaged. Room can be opened from outside with master card. Not happy at all.

Very dirty rooms..no stairs access for emergency..only lift use for third forth floor.. very found smell in rooms n corridors..very dirty mattress n bed sheets n sofa chairs..fix windows without centralised ac..big renovation need…n please open the stairs lock this is must….

The stay was good, hotel was clean and all the amenities were present there. Staff was also cooperative

So bad smelly rooms with un cleaned floor walls and bee sheet. Even tha comforter was smelling so bad.

Hotel denied giving extra blankets. Room stinking of dampness. Mold on hallways. Room doorbell not working, electronic handle lock not working. Room telephone works on its will. Pathetic place to stay at night with family. Hotel in such a location that you can not locate even if you drive along the nearby road daily, because hotels main entrance is in a tight dingy small street. Worst experience till now with makemytrip.

Very horrible place staffs are coprative but hotel is very horrible dark place not good light facilities intercom ph also not working mattress unmanageable door mat or bathroom mat also not available katle is also very dirty drinking water also not available proper ac is very slow and not work-in properly electricity problem and reception person also very rude when is called from my cell phone why light is dripping continuously very horrible experience never ever visit this hotel never stay in this hotel for free stay also because very horrible hotel not light facility bad experience

Room cleaning is a must, the kitchen menu is too short and nothing for baby food, even taking too much time and no response

Good service & clean room. All staff good person. I am satisfied. No issues with hotel management
