The stay is very good , the room service is good and close to main road . Food quality ok

The hotel stay was over all very comfortable. Location was very appropriate. Staff was very good. The room service was upto mark, very prompt and polite. The rooms were good could have been better. So over all a good hotel to be with family.

I recently stayed at hotel excellency silvassa for a day and found it to be a mixed bag. On the positive side, the hotel's amenities and services are well-suited for business travelers and large groups. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the breakfast spread was decent. However, i would not recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The atmosphere is quite lively and noisy, especially in the open bar area, which made it difficult for us to unwind. Additionally, the hotel's limited parking facilities were a hassle. Overall, i would rate hotel excellency silvassa 3/5 stars. While it's a good option for business and group travelers, it's not ideal for couples and families seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.

Not suitable for family. As there was restrobar at the main entrance and people are sitting openly and drinking liquor toilet was not maintained properly dustbin is totally rusted a very tiny lift and that also non working sometimes only 2 options for breakfast. That also cold. Not even heated

Property is not maintained, not couple friendly as there was a setup outside the hotel where men sit and drink. You will not feel to spend some time at hotel outside your room. But the staff is good and cooperative.

Hotel was based bang opp. A garden with a Lake, the Hotel food was decent, staff was courteous, property is good but they can maintain it even better. The majority people waiting in this Hotel were business travelers. Overall a good experience.

Food was good, location was main Road touch, traffic noise full night, wifi did not work, overall Hotel stay was medium.

Only upma and sandwich for complimentary breakfast, food was fine.

Nice and spacious room. TV and AC both were working. Room was also clean.
Everything was good. In night, there were music being played at garden area that was nice. Only one problem I noticed about construction going on in parking area and also slope of road going towards parking was not good.
