hotel is good, but many things to improve. house keeping ( Not properly done due to less staff) cleaning not properly done ( small cockroaches found in rooms) breakfast options are very less. overall staff behaviour is very good, but service got delayed due to less staff.

Similar hotel in any good cities are not more, basic amenities are missing like toiletries, hot water, clean bed, clean town. And hotel advertising as it's ac luxury room. Basic and small rooms with almost no amenities. And hotel charged me not worth it. No i have done for now.

The hotel was good and my stay is very good. However make-my trip charged exuberantly very high price for the room than the price mentioned in the hotel

Very good hotel at the center of the city. Cleanliness is excellent although there are limited options available for complimentary breakfast but it is ok. Staffs are very polite and well behaved & their response is quick. Overall it is a very good experience to stay in this hotel.

Location is good. Not at all hygienic. In fact, bathroom kept stinking despite repeated complaints.

The location of this hotel is definitely good. But nothing apart from the location is good. We reached the hotel around 10.30 pm after a very long drive and just wanted to sleep peacefully but then the room we were provided was so dirty. The linens were so dirty we asked them to change the linens but it wasn't really helpful there weren't enough housekeeping staff. There was no wifi and later in the night, even the ac stopped working. Thereafter in the morning, there was no water in the flush. It was a terrible experience staying there. We had breakfast included in our stay but we weren't given any breakfast.

Lots of cockroach in lobby and room. Poor room service. Dirty washroom.

No toiletries like soap, shower gel, hair dryer etc in the bathroom.
No one answers the phone on room service/ house keeping/. Wifi of hotel not working. Ac in common areas always kept off. Customers are forced to pay in advance when they are extending their stays.

Dirty ambience and arrogant staff in particular the front desk

All over it's a great stay, i'll recommend it to all my friends and family.

Room was awesome but tv not working, no proper lighting in the room.
