The hotel is still renovating, lack of services as mentioned, nag a lot, overall is like 3/10

Hotel is construction working condition and not provided a full description service on hotel

good experience but they have construction issue and they also not provide any type of toiletry and towels please first day room is also not clean but staff behaviour is good and room

This hotel was previously working as a lodge, Rooms are upgrading now and property is under construction, food quality was pathetic, No Private Parking no Guard Facility, staff is totally illiterate.

mostly services are not available in this hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel, bad room service. While booking from MMT, it was written that there is room service, but here after depositing the key in the day, I went out and asked for housekeeping, but no one paid any attention, there is a restaurant but no food for the night. There are no wifi availability.

I don't own the room that I booked .the room was not cleaned . at all the room staff is very bad . it's not at all a deluxe thing .There is no ventilation at all, deluxe room .don't go at all, totally made me a fool .

Because in reality hotel room was awful and hotel service was worst, i couldn't get the room which showed in your memo

Hotel is under renovation. No arrangement for breakfast first day. Breakfast takes one hour to reach room. No light in the morning. No tv or wifi is available. No manager is present. Lots of sound from the guests staying. Music is played loud in the hotel. No separate area for guest function.

Very poor hotel no room service available if you want something you have to come to reception because no land line working tv is there but tata sky account deactivated so you can't watch tv at your room no lift i booked a suite and great thing done power cut no backup available there. The staff is totally full of attitude.

Property is under maintenance. Rooms are average and small in size. Staff was good. Food is very expensive. Water bottle cost is rs 50 (1lit. More than m. R. P. Hotel reception is in 1st floor.

This hotel is located at katra which is the busiest location in sagar city. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Hospitality is good. The restaurant also supplies delicious food. I enjoyed my stay.
