The stay experience was truly excellent. The hotel's lawn and parking area are very spacious and well-maintained. The lobby and rooms are also very clean and tidy.

room service is good, food was ok break-fast menu is not good, parking space is best staff behaviour is excellent

The location is very well surrounded with greenery and green hills opposite the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean .Staff were also very cooperative

every thing is excellent, but some improvements are required on canteen room servicess.

property per say has good location, amenities, but services and standard of operations is pathetic, totally unprofessional and dhabha type, 1. room claimed (executive delux) on MMT as per booking is 330sq.ft but actually not as big as 200sq.ft. . on repeat follow up also no response to same was done from hotel. 2. to extent that i did show them their booking details as shown in MMT with room size and aminities and comparision with parallel hotel in sager HOTEL DIPALi , which claimed for almost same size room on MMT just 144 sq.ft. ... and has very high standards comparitively .. Check my last booking records with MMT in hotel dipali also. 3. Room did not have basic things like hot water kettle , Room service staff was ilitrate and sadly shabby dressed. Bathroom were not at all maintained. with very low water pressure which when complained was confirmed by staff that this is best as per them. the presure was as low that water jet of toilet seat was not funtional at all. out of all worse is false commitment of Room size claimed on app ....executive delux room claimed as 300+ sq ft. where rest all parallel good hotels are claiming for same size not more that 150sq.ft.. this is like making customers cheat to opt for this hotel.

Location is good. Easily accessible from every location of Sagar. Nice and clean property and helpful and prompt staff. Food is good as well and offers only Vegetarian food so no chance of mixup as well.

it's not a home experience staying many draw backs observe fodd quality not good ,what u order u don't receive,room service very slow

Location wise the property is good. Ample parking space. Room amenities were poor. Toilet had one used towel. Had to request to provide clean towels. Only one glass for 2pax. No hot water facilities/ tea coffee provision. No safe locker. Most horrible part was restaurant. Stale food was provided. Total waste of money on food. When checking out I explained the problem with the food. To which the girl at the reception found making faces, as if nothing happened. Very odd and poorly trained staff (this girl). Still I suggest you to stay and do not order any food.

House keeping staff seems very inefficient. Slow response

I was surprised to find such a good hotel in sagar we stayed in deluxe room tha room's were very neat and clean staff was very good and we did not face a single issue be it in finding the hotel or with tha staff a must stay hotel for your trip to sagar

Stay was good location is best adjacent to shopping mall food of restaurant in hotal was good with multiple options would definitely prefer again if have any future plan in sagar
