The hotel was in a pathetic state, before booking many amenities were promised but were missing, In the name of toiletries 1 rupee Sunsilk sachet and 4 rupee margo soap was provided, cushions were missing, no sanitary bin in the washroom, no shower cap, no safe for keeping the valuables, no hangers, blanket was worse than the one provided with IRCTC 3AC birth, no toilet papers, towels were not proper advisable to carry your own towel if you are that daring to book this property. No Wifi at all, the lift is not in working condition might have to climb five floors. Apart from these permanent factors, the most devastating factor though temporary is that the construction work is going(would take another 6 months to complete), the loud drilling and knocking sound which could be heard from 6:00 am in the morning. My suggestion is to book this property only if you get it for less money.

1. Not aware about online booking I had to wait for more than hour for check-in. 2. Rooms are small not as seen online. 3. Hospitality was really bad. 4. No wifi.

Food, rooms and location all are below average.

Rooms are good, location dusty and odd. Restaurant and food quality not very good, staff should be more professional

Value for money Hotel. Food is good, near to cellular jail and marina museum.

Good room. Average value for money. Bad food.

Very poor when you order tea etc this will take almost more than 45 minutes.
Reception staff was quite decent and cooperative, but the staff deployed at breakfast counter was manners less, the quality of breakfast was better to avoid, the location is not good as after tired return in the evening guests cannot expect tea and place at hotel area to relax.

Very bad look of everything, basin was of very dark colors, over all look of the room was not pleasing.

Stayed here for 1 night. Staff was quite responsive, food quality of the hotel’s restaurant was also good. Location is good.
