Terrible Stay
Review: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff clearly lacks proper training – they were unprofessional, disorganized, and not helpful when needed. There were frequent electricity outages during my stay, and the WiFi was either extremely slow or completely unavailable, which made it impossible to get any work done. To make matters worse, the staff approached me multiple times regarding a stolen item on their end, indirectly blaming me for it. This behavior was not only uncomfortable but completely uncalled for. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for corporate or business travelers. The facilities are unreliable, and the overall environment is far from professional. I would not recommend staying here if you expect even basic levels of service or comfort.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (Crown Plaza Hotel Kuchaman City).
