Review Of Hotel Crossroad

Location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins away from the airport. Had no issues booking cab, all my rides came under 10 mins and lots of restaurant and eatries nearby to spoil the choices 😀 👍 Room size is descent with very low noise coming from outside during day or night. Washroom is also clean. Overall a good clean place to stay, i will definitely book again.

Very poor response to guests.poor show.Room cleanliness to be improved. Poor services ,mosquito net to be provided.

Basic amenities was not present.Bathrooms were not upto the mark. For a single woman staying there could be an issue because of the location otherwise staffs are cooperative

Hotel has no parking, rooms are dirty, but location is good, food and service are good.

The room is not good at all and out side food is not allowed and hotel food is very bad

Hotel rooms are ultra dirty full of mosquitoes and bad smelling. Not good to recommend. the receptionist has shown the indifferent attitude and kept us waiting for 20 minutes If you continue such attitude, the hotel shall be closed sooner or later.

Everything was gudd... location is very gudd...room service was very gudd...Food was tasty... 😋....room was neat & clean... I'm happy...🥰

The stay is not bad but there is no proper cleaning, if i entered the room i got cigarette waste from the floor & bedsheets are not clean black rounded stains are present in the bedsheets. Inside the bathroom, the flush switch is not properly maintained, difficult to use.
