Stay at Clarks Inn Kangra was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and attentive, and the view of the hills made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Kangra.

Terrible Stay

The room has no temple view. You can only see partial dome. Temple view room is misleading. They dont provide handwash! The breakfast buffet is horrible. Zero taste and the spread is limited. The service was good. But, it was slow. They are short-staffed. The reception area starts from 2nd floor - need to call someone to get bags! Worst was - we could hear tv noise from adjacent room - we had to request twice to ask them to lower the volume. We asked for spoons and glasses at night 10pm - but never received! Their hall music was also loud had to tell them at 10:15pm to shut it! The ala carte food which we ordered at night tasted good. Overall, bad experience.

We were very disappointed with the support of both Clarks Inn and MMT. We had a medical emergency and requested to either cancel the booking or give us voucher for future stay. The hotel cited peak season as the reason even though entire property was empty.

Location was good and it’s near Kangra Devi temple so hassle free to do mata darshan. Food was very good and tasty. Behaviour of Staff was polite and service was excellent. Over all experience excellent. 10 ***********.

The stay was great. Ms Deeksha at the reception was very accommodating and helped us with early chekin and late checkout as well. Only downside is the bed size which is a bit smaller. However, Overall great - to stay
