Review Of Hotel Charan Paduka

The staff was not supportive, even mentioned the connect number was not an employee of the hotel, and he provided another number to support but at the time of support that number was switched off. They gave me a room in such poor condition even mentioned in the booking receipt and asked too many times they didn't provide me a room heater. Food was average and there were hygiene issues there. Not recommended for solo travellers as well.

Guest also complained for bad service unclean bed sheet bathroom not clean room are not same as photos

Hotel was not easily accessible, even it was not available on google map. Food not tasted because hotel was not clean. No amenities were available no cleanliness, problem of hot water, improper bedding. Initially hotel was not agreeing to accommodate 4 people, inspite of our booking for 4 people. Hotel reception was not having proper information.

Excellent Hotel staff. Very nice food made by hotel staff. Parking is available Don't expect huge amenities in this location. 15 min walking to Badrinath Temple. Water plumbing is the only issue. Geysers is available. Somehow its good. Try to visit Temple as early in the morning. Do register before start your journey. Its 14 hours drive from Haridwar. Jai Badri vishal. Location of the store is good; however, the maintenance of the rooms / bathrooms is very average and not value for the money paid. Hygiene of the restaurant is not good and will not advise any one to eat.

Hotel was for rs 1800 and make my trip charged appx 5000k no tv and their numbers were fake in booking id and really surprised how we are charged such a exhobirant rate without any facilities what is margin of make my trip and they should ensure customers are paying as per market rates and get service and my religious trip was spoil t due to this

The hotel stay was pleasant. From outside it does not look a good hotel but the rooms were really good, at per with picture given in mmt. The rooms was clean, hot water was available in all the taps! mr aman gupta was helpful too. We had a nice stay. The heater is also available with extra cost which we availed.

Very poor service, room is not cleaned and bathroom also not clean. The bed sheet not changed after inform to manager, you take high rate from me but i am not getting room as per price taken so pl in future don't make this type of behave with people.

Property is renovated. Works are underway. Service charges for room service was rs. 100- for food of rs 300(1 thali. Managers waived it in-spite the room boy collected it. Nearer to parking. Request for ground floor room for aged persons were not considered. Not worth the money you pay for the room and services. Food was good.

Everyone please don't book this hotel named char-an paduka it's fake and they cheat people. I booked a room at this hotel on make my trip and when we reached there we were taken to a totally different hotel which was not even worth booking it also didn't have any facilities like bathroom and all. Please don't book this hotel You will book a hotel on it that is expensive and comfortable with all the facilities you need but once you go there it will be totally different. So please don't fall in their trap cause you won't even get your money back.

Hotel char-an paduka review. 1. No help from the hotel team to locate the hotel char-an paduka 2. Wrong location in the whatsapp message 3. No signs regarding the hotel. Nobody knew about this hotel char-an paduka 4. Blanket had foul smell and one single blanket for two 5. No no no towels 6. No no bathroom toiletries 7. Toilet seat wasn't clean nor "sanitized for your protection" bands on hotel toilets 8. Staff were rude

Room and bed sheet was not cleaned. There was electricity issue, backup was not provided in one of our room, landline number which is provided is incorrect and when we called in mobile number he said he will share the reception number, however it was not shared untill i have called him back, because of which we face the issue

It was good and great stay we reached there at night 12, they arrange food for us. Supportive staf

Very poor facility and room maintenance. Basic hygiene like bed sheets and toilets were not clean. Broken taps and geyser was also not working. Charring heavily for such a poor room. Strongly recommend to go for any walkin dharamshala that would be much better than this hotel.
