Room is good but service is not upto standard

Very good and hygrnic atmosphere. Staff are very supportive. Food quality is good. Rooms are very clean. Situated in the city. Wash room amenities are good.

Very good place to stay. But need to maintain the food. I ordered Veg biryani but in veg biryani I found bone pieces.

Good service and nice rooms. I booked the rooms through make my trip . Amenities are good but WiFi working very slow .

Hotel is located in the midst of the city. The food was good, services were also good. Only drawback was that they don't have a room place to rest for the drivers, which i found to be quite surprising.

While the hotel room is functional and clean, there no hot water in the rooms. Every despite repeated instructions, no one came to fix the hot water in the room. The restaurants ac does not switch on until 7pm in the evening and 7:30am in the morning. The staff are not courteous. When i requested to pack something as i was heading out for work early in the morning, they denied to pack us anything but fruits. It was not worth the money at all! service is so sub par. There are better options in balangir for the same or lesser amount. That’s ok

Price was too high

There are limited toiletries in the washroom and the room service staff should be wearing clean dress and they shld be neat and tidy. Food is good and the delivery is prompt.

Over all it was very good experience with hotel celebration. Close to rely station, cleanniness, room size, air condition, bathroom arrangements. Food quality and behavior od staff impressed me

Me and my friend stopped here for a 1 night stay. Bathroom had many places where water was leaking from pipes near commode. Rooms were nice and clean except for this issue. The food was great too.

Good hotel, security of the hotel is i'll mannered. Don't know how to behave. When i was off boarding from my car, he looked like in hurry. Was rude on driver & said " jaldi car yahan se nikalo, parking main car rakkho wahan se luggage pick karo. It was a bad experience when i stepped in to hotel. I complained to hotel, some what they looked helpless to this incident.

The air conditioner in their so-called superior room wasn't working and when shifted to another room, had to wait for not less than an hour, of course, to get the temperature slightly below room temperature.
